Appellants challenge the order of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland affirming the imposition of sanctions under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1927 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Because we conclude that the imposition of sanctions under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1927 for the reasons expressed by the bankruptcy court was a clear abuse of discretion, we reverse.
